The book was ok I remember being in Alaska back in the 80’s I was in my twenties back then and I had more common sense then the writer of this book had. Some of the thing he got himself into should never had happened. I wouldn’t recommend this book as what to do but rather thing you should not do. It wasn’t what I was looking for so I gave it away.

Wether you seek adventure first hand or live it through the adventures of others, this is a good read! The stories will keep you on edge, the message he delivers will "hook" you. Brent not only let's us see and experience the beauty (and dangers) of God's creation but shows us that one's identity and self worth are not defined by how hard we work or what others think. He shows us the hope and truth of the Gospel. Will continue to recommend this book to the men and women in my life!

How Brent Alan Henderson ties all his adventures together with the true clarity of God’s grace is insightful, heartfelt, brutally honest and gets to the nitty gritty of the Gospel. This book may be geared toward "dangerous truth " men need to know but as a woman it gave me a lense to more clearly see how my husband and other men may view the world and their faith. It also helped clear up some of my own faith misconceptions and reminded me" It is grace that leads us to the Father, not fear or shame".

Into the Wilds is a wonderful book, so many great points. Had the privilege of having Brent for our church revival and he shared some of this book. Brent is a mighty man of God and I know God is not done with him yet. I can't wait to see what the future holds and very excited to read his next book.

Great book! Excellent author, definitely recommend reading

Got this book during a men's retreat in Michigan where Brent spoke. Loved it so much I bought more copies for our men's bible study group. Great uplifting reading.

Just stated reading it, so far it’s a good read.
