The media could not be loaded. I bought one of these last year from this seller and it worked flawless. However this recent purchase has a few issues the bottom of the screen is not as responsive and the screen sometimes dims when I view certain content. After sometime of trying to figure out the issue I screen recorded one of the videos in question and when I played it back it did not dim the screen so I've found it has something to do with the frame rate or something of that sort. Before getting this new lcd I did not have this issue.Update 5-15-25Seller has messaged me to resolve the issue with the screen I sent video of the issue and now I am waiting to hear back from them with a resolve.Update5-17-25After showing issues with my phone customer service offered to replace or refund with no hassle. Like I stated above their screens normally are top-notch and work great, but when they are not they will work with you to resolve the issue.

I got the replacement screen today and was excited, but then, after I got it installed, I was told it was faulty. I'm so disappointed, and I have been waiting for so long, too.

The media could not be loaded. I had never opened a phone before and I was scared to do this, but after seen a video on how to replace the screen multiple times, is very easy. This product fits like a ring in the finger, all components fit perfectly and so far I had encountered zero issues. The screen quality is great, the pen charges as well, great value for what it cost. This was the second time that I needed a new screen, the firts time the screen actually broke almost a year ago and it cost me almost $200 to do exactly what I just did and the pen wouldn't even charge with a professional "fixing it", but this time I was able to do it my self for less than half the price.

I can't show pictures as it is part of my phone now, but it worked well. The issues I have was one it was dirty and already had scratches on it when I pulled it out of its packaging almost like it's not new, and two you cannot use the pin sensor that comes with it, you need to transfer the old one over.

I did 2 day delivery and it arrived right on time. The kit comes with everything you need to do the job except a heat gun/blow dryer. Although I ended up using a little adhesive I had on hand as the strips that the kit came with were a little weak.Frame and screen were in perfect condition. I have nearly no experience fixing anything, and I watched a YouTube video and was able to do it in 10-20 minutes.Just remember to remove your Sim card tray and disconnect the battery.
