Customer Service is Horrid
I wanted an extra battery for each of the 2 cars that I purchased. Traxxas doesn't sell the one that he came with but they listed a replacement on their website. I ordered 2 and tried 1 of them on one of my cars. Firstly, it doesn't fit in the car probably and second, the car went about 3 mph with this replacement battery and burned up my motor. They refused to let me return them because they had been unboxed,
