This works well to keep your shoulders back. You have to work with it: if it pulls under the arms, it's your job to move your shoulders back further. It's possible to slump when wearing it, but then it will be uncomfortable. Reviewers who complain about the discomfort are probably not paying attention to the signals. I suspect it would chafe under in the arm pits, but I wear a T-shirt under it. If I were the seller, I would include simple directions with suggestions for how tight to make it, and how often to use it. I would add some standard information about good posture. For example, I tend to carry my head too far forward. The device has no way to correct that. I still have to remember to tuck in the chin and move the head back. However, wearing the device is making me more aware of my posture at all points.

It is OK, but doesn't fit great on a very small framed women. I have pulled the Velcro tight, but leaves some flaps, that catch long, etc. Overall, great product, I gave it to my mother, but didn't fit me correctly.

It really works good but so hard to put on at first. Takes a little practice to finally figure it out.

Pretty good, I can't reach the Velcro straps so I have to wiggle my way out of it and it sucks, but other than that it was ok, a little uncomfortable.

I have had this brace since April 6th and wear it most days at work over my shirt. We have to wear vest at work and I'm at a desk job! I was very dedicated at giving this a shot because I kept getting headaches! This has helped tremendously and now I don't even notice that I have it on, it is retraining me! :)
