An evenings music without having to keep changing discs.
At long last a CD player which will take up to five discs. Easy to set up and use and very good value for its price.

High quality as you'd expect - not the randomisation I wanted
Everything works fine and quality is what you would expect from Yamaha. I can't give 5 stars because I had hoped the CD player would allow randomisation of play across the CDs rather than just randomisation of play on each CD in order. Apart from it possibly being easier for manufacturers to produce I cannot think of a single domestic use of this mode of operation and don't understand why it has persisted. I see that Onkyo for instance have a CD player with the random playback I hoped for.
