Very good. like the pen holder a lot. One trouble was the shipping. The postman folded the package to fit in the mailbox. This bent the cover in a weak place. I didn't like it but was able to bend it back and it is usable.

I love the color and the set up. If there was anything to improve is I can’t seem to move the kickstand without removing my pen first

My Surface Pro 4 computer fits perfectly into this protective case. It's easy to install on my device. The precise cutouts of this case perfectly accommodate my computer functions, allowing access to every USB, charger, and headphone port. Even the camera and computer logo were considered in the design of this case. The ventilation holes also remain uncovered, allowing the cooling system to function as intended. This case is made with quality, sturdy material and works well even with the support stand. The hand strap is durable and reliable, making it easier to carry the computer about. Overall, this is a good computer case.

The Microsoft Surface Pro Protective Rugged Cover Case offers rugged protection for a range of Surface models, including the Pro 4, for which I purchased this one. It also purports to fit the Surface Pro 7 Plus (2021), Pro 7 (2019), Pro 6, Pro 5, and Pro 2017 other 12.3-inch Windows tablets. With its blend of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and polycarbonate (PC) material, it provides protective shock absorption against daily impacts while at the same time being flexible enough to easily install it around the Surface Pro. It features a comfortable silicone handle to securely use it in tablet mode and a non-slip elastic strap to hold the keyboard cover closed when it’s not in use. The shell is designed for easy access to all Surface features, including the kickstand and ports. Users can effortlessly utilize their device as a tablet or laptop, without impeding keyboard installation/removal. Along the left side plane, there’s an integral penholder (the clasp holds the pen/stylus much more securely than the original magnet). A feature of this case I’ve never seen before is a PU leather texture escutcheon plate that slips over and locks into place to protect the exposed surface of the Surface Pro’s kickstand. The color of this plate is coordinated with the upper shell back and handle for an attractive look. Effective protection, attractive styling and easy installation at an affordable price earn this case five (5) stars!

This Surface Pro case fits snugly. The fit isn't wobbly anywhere. The fabric covering doesn't feel like it would ever peel. The protective bumpers make me feel confident that my Surface Pro would survive a fall on the edges or back (but not a fall that hits the screen). The stylus holder is extremely tight and stiff - at least while this case is new it takes so much force to get the stylus in and out that it's pretty much unusable. Perhaps that will loosen up over time. Just a tip - if you're having a hard time attaching the kickstand cover, it doesn't snap on. Rather slide it on and it will be perfect.
