I don't want to knock the headset themselves. There is a quality issue I am currently having with the right ear piece only working in a certain position. Of course this happened 5 days after my return eligibility date.The reason I gave the unit only 2 stars is only because I have not received a single response to any of my contact attempts.The sound quality is great for over the ear.Noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a call is great. Made phone calls with sunroof open and windows partially down and I was told they could hear me clearly on the other side.Battery life is great. I am a heavy phone user throughout the day. And the battery will last all day without having to stop and charge.If I finally get a response from the manufacture I will update this review.UPDATE!!!!!:Amazon sent me to the manufacture of the headset for service issue. And that was the delayed respond from the manufacture.The Seller got the message and immediately jumped into action to get everything resolved.Dina, worked hard to get my issue resolved and they have my upmost respect for the speed and the way they handled the situation.I really do love the product and use it daily in my work and personal life.I will continue to do business with Dina and team and looking forward to see what other items they put up on Amazon.Dina,I want to personally thank you for you help.

Edited to change review from 4 stars to 1 star.The same thing happened with the replacement headphone. I am now listening to music and work calls with just the left earpiece working. There is obviously a flaw in the design. I would not recommend them because of this. The price is too high for 2 different headsets to half work after 3 months.Older post:I ordered these headphones three months ago and love them. They completely remove any road noise when I'm in my car and stay on better than in-ear ones. They work seamlessly with my Android phone and work computer, and I have no issues using them with Teams. The buttons are small, but I've adapted.However, after a few months, the right earpiece stopped working despite being treated gently the entire time. I tried visiting the LEVN Store for support, but as another reviewer noted, the form couldn't find the model. I then checked the invoice to find the seller and contacted DUWEIKEJI. They sent me troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t fix the issue with the right earpiece. Fortunately, they immediately sent a replacement.As others have mentioned, Dina provided excellent customer service. Despite the issue, I like the headphones and the customer service so much that they deserve 4 out of 5 stars.

I've been testing out different headsets for my company for weeks now, we've tried dozens and this headset is by far the best. The way they sit over (not inside) your ears doesn't make your ears sweat or get hot, the boom mic being able to flip up is a huge plus - but the biggest advantage above everything is the noise cancellation.My coworker and I both take calls in a loud room and we ourselves have loud voices. Normally if we're both on the same call ANY other headsets will give enough feedback to where we can hear each other echo in the call.We thought that the "AI Noise Cancellation" logo on the box was going to just be a gimmick but honest to god I'm in disbelief, we have tried headsets from Plantronics, Jabra, and other top brands that were hundreds of dollars more and still could not filter out background voices.We're saved from having to constantly mute and un-mute for the sake of everyone else's sanity on calls in an office where background noise is a HUGE issue.We even tried a bunch of the other LEVN headsets and while they were nice none of them were quite as nice as this pair mostly because the way they don't suffocate your ears and it rests around the back of your head instead of the top.

Reason They're Great: The noise canceling is fantastic! I have a Jeep Wrangler with big mud tires and generally have the top off all summer. I've not been able to make or receive calls while driving due to wind and road noise wit all past bluetooth headsets. My dad, the most sensitive person to background noise, didn't realize I was driving while wearing the LEVN!Reason I couldn't give 5 stars and may need to send them back: I have long hair and the most appropriate way to wear them is with the band under my hair, however, my hairline pushes the band down which forces the portion that sits behind my ear into the backs of my ears which is terribly uncomfortable. I tried to see if there was any repositioning or bending of the band but it won't hold a bend. So either I wear my hair up all the time to accommodate the bluetooth or I need to return them.

I love these headphones. Haven’t taken them off since I got them. Granted. I work as a truck driver and needs something to talk with. My only issue with them which makes them no longer able to use is my charger crapped out on me so I can’t charge it anymore. In need of a replacement charger but not sure where to look. They’re not the most audiophile headset being open ear but they do what it needs to. I also at first had issues with them hurting my earlobe after long periods of time but I just learned to move them down to my neck for a little. Volume control is easy, mic quality hasn’t been an issue, the design is simple but effective, and they fit me pretty well. Overall, they’re great but I need a new charger
