The return works well and with no setup you just place and putt.

It works, maybe the carpets too course but it only returns the ball 3-4 feet.Do most of my practice putting at about 10 feet.I 'll keep it and use it but wouldn't recommend.If I remember right the instructions said 2 c cells but the device takes 2 AAs maybe a design change is the prob. IDK

Weak return with too many lip-outs.
This thing is OK if you have a fast putting surface, but for me it still only clicks the ball back on average about 6' on my short pile carpet which is not satisfactory. The ball also spins back out of the cup easily on slightly off-centered putts, which is also frustrating. Therefore, I would not recommend this thing.
