Great for the gym or if you’re trying to increase daily water intake. The plastic is hard and durable, so if you drop it, won’t be damaged. Good grip and i also use it for weight exercises as well. The part where you drink is like a protein shaker, a lot of water comes out and not just in tiny amounts, which is good after a long running session on the treadmill. Inexpensive for a good quality bottle like this.

Great quality bottle. At 2.5L, it's perfect for keeping my water intake up throughout the day, and I take it everywhere with me. Solid handle and completely leak-proof. The only downside as a left hander is that the lid only screws on one way, meaning the spout is positioned for right handed drinking only. Still a great bottle.

For the asking price, this is a great option for someone that wants a lot of water in a single, portable container. With a 2.5 litre capacity and easy refill via the threaded cap, it's easy to fill this up from most taps, especially as the container isn't too large, thus can even fit in a kitchen or bathroom sink. The color is great, though the decal on the front was different from the image on the item I received. On the image, it says "It's a mindset" on the lower half, whereas my jug simply has an Applied Nutrition logo. I'm fine with it, in fact, I think the item I received is probably better, as the branding is a lot less cringe-inducing. In terms of construction, it's an extremely light plastic. So light, in fact, that light easily penetrates the container when looking through the mouth hole. Despite that, it feels durable enough, though I do worry about a potential failure point on the handle. That being said, no signs of any wear and tear yet despite constant daily use. The lid is easy to unscrew, though fastens tight by hand. The lid of the spout also clicks firmly into place, easing any worries of spillage. A small finger-sized carry handle on the lid is also a welcome feature. The jug weighs around 5.5lbs when full. I've given 4/5 mostly due to some smaller issues. Getting the last few mouthfuls of water can be an issue, as the cap is rounded and the interior design traps the last 100ml or so without full vertical tilt. Also, the water can have a bit of a strange aftertaste if you've taken a while to finish the jug, though it's nothing too out of the ordinary. Overall, a great item for the price, but it won't be ideal for anyone. Someone searching for an efficient design or outstanding durability would be better served by another item. For someone simply wanting a large water container for cheap, this is a great option.

Applied Nutrition ABE Jug - 2.5L A superb water bottle, I use it every day for my daily water intake, it’s highly durable and lightweight, made from a sturdy plastic material and holds its shape really well. It holds 2.5L of water and it very easy to clean, it doesn’t smell when it’s left either which most water bottles do. It has a very comfortable handle and it feels very secure in your hand when you are drinking from it, I take it to the gym, into the office with me! It’s very durable, I’ve dropped it a few times with water in and it hasn’t cracked or bent out of shape at all. Very pleased with this product.

Very cheap bottle, thin plastic which feels like it will puncture easy. Main problem is it leaks but Amazon just pass you over to seller which in turn don't come back to you. (DON'T BUY ONE)

Great large sized bottle, I use it for the gym and around the house but i wouldn't want to be carrying around all day. i doesn't leak, and the lid closes nice and tight with a good seal. The plastic material is pretty solid, it holds its shape well, just don't drop it when its full! it will crack, but no loss of stars for that because i think all bottles will! it doesnt hold any kind of temparature, so dont expect any thermal benefit, in fact its black, so if you leave it anywhere warm you WILL have warm water, but again, no loss for that, its expected unless you buy a thermal bottle.

Trovo comoda l'impugnatura che rimane a lato rispetto all'erogatore. Comoda anche per la pulizia, ci si può infilare comodamente la mano con una spugna senza necessità di scovolini.

Bad material. Nowhere in description it says that plastic is number #1 which is supposed to be used for one time only. Why would I buy wayer bottle if its not reccomended to reuse it. Asking for refund. Dont waste money and health on this bs
