Poles don’t go together

There was no instructions. My husband thought it would take an hour quickly turned into 3 hours. It's like a puzzle, in 3D because you have to put the right part up first, then twist and turn to the next part. The dial is also written in Chinese. I'd prefer there was no lettering but I will say after all is said and done, it looks nice in my laundry room, and serves a purpose.

Super easy to install unlike other reviews stated! Took us 40 for it all!

Very cool and unique. Did not come with directions and took two people to assemble and install. Shelves did no fit tightly to the wall; seems as though they were cut too short. It is very heavy and requires you to find a stud to screw into or I imagine it would pull right out of the wall with the screws that were included. Love the look though.

Take care when installing and bring your own hardware to wall mount the shelves, oh and bring a friend, otherwise, you're in for a heck of a time.

Once assembled, good looking product! I get a lot of compliments from customers at my boutique. As for the installation, it’s easily a 2 person project. The finished product looks as pictured!

Youre going to need drywall anchors and screws because the ones this one comes with are just garbage. Finished product look good my only other complaint is that alot of the screw in parts fit loosley woth no way to completely tighten them. Oh and one other thing the directions dont have a single word and are not helpful luckly its not to complicated.

Product came in without instruction booklet and missing 6 wood screws.I am keeping it because I need it otherwise would return it.

I am very happy with this clothing rack for use in a retail store.
