Inc. Hand Exercise Squeeze Ball - Egg Shaped - Yellow - Extra Soft

I liked the feel of the ball, it was easy to squeeze, I wish it came in two different sizes, one for big hands too.

I recently had carpal tunnel release surgery and in order to avoid having to go in to the doctor's office for physical therapy I struck a deal with him that I would do exercises at home. I ordered these balls and they are perfect for helping me to increase my grip strength. I can do it while watching TV. They are also easy to wash with mild soap and water. Dry with a towel.The hard part is keeping my children AWAY from them... they seem to disappear every time I want to use them. LOL.

Exactly how you would expect this to be. I received the yellow, and it is firmer than I thought it would be. I still like this item even if it's not as soft as I thought.

The two soft squeeze balls were perfect for my husband's hands. He will use both of them when watching the television in the evening. It is helping to keep the flexibility in both hands, as he has quite a bit of arthritis. Especially in one hand from an injury many years ago. The more firm squeeze ball didn't work well for him.

My mom likes it and actually uses it !!

I ordered this (a yellow and an orange one) and several squeeze balls by other manufacturers/distributors. By far the yellow and orange were the best. It fit my and my 12 year old's hands fine. It is easy enough to squeeze so that you can enjoy it without being quickly tired, yet provides enough resistance to be satisfying and, over time, a work out. It is odor free and not sticky.

I use this when my hands are sore or weak and they work great. just a few min start at the softest and work my way up
