Within minutes of putting it on I noticed a complete difference in my posture. The next day I didn't wear it and maintained the correction. I absolutely love it. I look better, feel better, and feel like I have more confidence. I was sore the first couple of times I wore it but that is expected as my back adjusts to this. I am currently wearing it every other day and look forward to more permanent results.

for the price, it's not bad. it comes with a red rubber thingy that i don't know what's the use for. The one thing that is really bad to me is the smell of the product. it has this really strong rubber smell that is more like a smell of a burned tire that gives me headaches. I'm planning of returning it if the smells stays in another day

Sure it works, not well though. If your chest is larger than 42” look elsewhere. Thin nylon straps that cut into your back and arms. I ended up going to a medical supply store, and for a few more dollars I got a cloth one way more comfortable and works correctly.

Works great only issue if you are trying to have full mobility it will keep you from leaning forward but the point is for back support which it does

this is such a bad design, tried it for few some minutes and I feel my head was looking down. this will definitely ruin your neck/head and cause spine injuries.would not recommend buying!!!

I’ve been using this product for some months now and can really see a difference in my posture. I work at a desk and this really helps me get rid of neck and upper back pain.
