Easy to replace
This part failed on my toilet after 10 years use in a one toilet household. Ordered this as an identical replacement. Easy to replace, took no longer than five minutes.

Works like new again
Easy to fit replay cable to operate the loo flush. The old one was 15 years old so they last a good while. The new cable has transy the flush, as good as new.

Easy to fit but should be much better made and then it would not need replacing!
This item replaces the original identical one. It is no better or worse than the original which is cheaply made and resembles something you might find free in a packet of breakfast cereal or a cheap Christmas cracker. The rest of the flush mechanism is fine and works without problem, but the ease with which it is possible to buy replacements for the Optima cable release suggests that they fail all the time - unlike the cable operators on most if not all other flush mechanisms I have seen.
