Englishtype Junior Typing Tutor (PC)

Lovely looking program designed well to appeal to younger kids. Activation of product didn't initially work but after emailing the company (using supplied email address) they sorted me out in no time flat. Very impressed with the customer service.

Can only use trial option, as activation code does not work. It’s a shame, as the CD itself seems very child friendly and looks like it could have good potential.

It gets 1 star because there is no 0. It simply does not install on my windows 10 machine.

I purchased this twice actually - once for a Mac and once for a Windows laptop recently for my 9 year old son so he could type more efficiently with the remote online schooling. He has done some before but rusty so during the lockdown period, he did this on the side. It only took 3-4 weeks or so for him to type with both hands and not looking at the keyboard.

Initially had problems activating the product but the helpdesk were really responsive and very quickly fixed the problem. Our son, 10, got going straight away (having struggled with other typing tutors) and is enjoying it already. Can definitely recommend for anyone who wants to give their kids keyboard skills.

Great Product - my son has dysgraphia so was advised to learn to touchtype at school. Having started Englishtype at school I bought it for home.Initially the activation code didn’t work so I emailed the company. Sue immediately got in touch with me by phone, and talked me through the installation. She was so helpful and spent 25 minutes on the phone to me. She also gave me lots of other really useful information to help my son get the most out of the programme.I highly recommend emailing the company if you have any problems and can guarantee you will immediately be given all the help you need.

This program was recommended by my son's SEN teacher at school, it's the school's preferred typing tool. I've had a few problems activating it, but they are extremely responsive and helpful - it seems that the fault has been caused by an Apple update, rather than anything wrong with the program. It is worth persevering. My son has recently been diagnosed as dyslexic and is finding it all a bit daunting, but he's very positive about this program and clearly enjoys it. the team are also full of helpful advice and support, I'm almost glad it went wrong else I wouldn't have spoken to them!

Got this for my son who needs to learn touch typing for school. He likes that you can stop after every few minutes if you wish and you get reward games and a stamp to show the days that it's been used.
