Why can’t I lock the safe?

You must pressure the red button from the inside to make a new code. also, you must press the code to lock the safe

I lost my key and the battery is dead . I need a key replacement ?

That’s the same way my safe came with the keys locked inside and the box needed to be charged I think they’re selling them and not realizing how are we supposed to get the box open

What is the factory code?

There isn't one,you supply the code after you open it with the supplied keys install batteries hold little red button till panel flashes then enter your code an hit enter.
