Disc Cones Bright Orange Set of 100

Sure, you're asking yourself: Of all of the dozens of flat sports cones choices out there, why this set? Well, I'll tell ya.It's price, plain and simple. Now, pressing out molded plastic cones cannot really be that difficult a manufacturing undertaking. Whether a Chinese prison workshop or the latest in future-shock sports cone development enterprise in a spotless, chrome-lined Swedish laboratory, in the end you're spitting out little markers that go on the ground. So why is it that some folks are selling these things for close to a dollar each? I mean, seriously, just because I'm laying out over ninety cents per cone--and they're not just orange, they're blue or yellow or red!--are they going to work any better, be more flat, stack more securely. Gimme a break.I bought this set because it's the best value for the money. This is a product that is going to get thrown onto the ground every single time it's used. It's almost certainly going to be stepped on, usually every time it's used. All I need it to do is sit there and delineate physical space, so a Special Limited Platinum Edition is a waste of limited sports funds.Bottom line: If I'm buying high-end audio gear, or a camera, I'll make very careful decisions on price, manufacturing, reputation, durability, etc. But for a product that is going to experience direct wear and tear right out of the box, I'm looking for cost-effectiveness, and this one delivers.
