Mic quality is amazing indeed. No noise picked up even in noisy restaurants. Nice sidetone.Sound quality is good and and ANC is useful.

Studio grade mic quality
Amazing built quality and best full mic sound. I chose cable version to avoid potential drop offs. ANC is sufficient. Tone control / monitoring can be adjusted via app.

Noise canceling mic is fine but ANC almost non existent
I bought this headset for business use as I do a lot of Teams meetings many of them outdoors, and many at home with ambient noise. I was looking for a headset that conceals the background noise from my interlocutors. After a lot of research I came up with this one, and I chose the wired as some people had issues with the wireless connection. After 1 week of use I can say that it has good mic quality, mic noise cancelation is good but not as marvelous as marketed. Sound quality is good, but not loud enough, and not for music of course. The ANC of the headphones is almost non existent to the extent that I returned the first headset I had received thinking that it had been faulty especially after all the praise I had found here in the reviews. However after I had received the replacement, I realized that it is just not good enough, and those who praised the ANC either have never tried a pair of boses or air pods, or these are just fake comments from affiliates with EPOS.I finally decided to keep this headset as my main demand was for the noise canceling mic which is satisfactory so far, also I got it with a very good offer here on Amazon and the different between the ANC and the non ANC versions was trivial.

Effective
Spot on, a good relief, so effective - that it baffles everyone how the noise actually got cancelled.

Impressive voice isolation.
The voice isolation works surprisingly well. All my colleagues told me my voice is clear and that no background noise gets through. I ran many tests, all of which passed. Your voice sounds very clear, as if you're listening to a podcast.

Out of the world ANC!
Just used for couple of meetings, so an early feedback. The ANC functionality is mind blowing, out of this world. Tested with music blaring but the person at the other end could not hear any background noise. The build quality is good too, lightweight & easy to carry around. Overall, truly an amazing product worth buying. Kudos to the team behind this product.
