Picky Eaters!
Perfect for some added protein when you have picky little eaters! Way cheaper than at my local grocery store. Will buy again! I’ve even used in a soup in substitution of noodles for a gf friend. Great versatility!

Excellent chickpea orzo product
So glad that I could purchase this chickpea orzo when my grocery store stopped carrying this product. It works great in my spinach & parmesan orzo recipe. Very nutritious.

Go figure
The product is great, but the packaging is strange: nothing is damaged, but the loose seeds are everywhere inside the main box and the packaging envelope. Literally a handful???

I gave it a 5 star rating.I love the product.tastes great and easy to cook. I used it in Italian wedding soup.turned out awesome. The only problem I found was in the actual box itself. The product comes out the bottom of the boxes and need to use a baggie to not have a mess on your shelves.

Who knew chickpea orzo could be so good?
It’s basically just chickpea pasta cut into orzo-sized pieces, but it’s a fantastic substitute for orzo in any recipe that calls for that.

Great Staple.
Our new favorite! We use it like rice. Meaning, for two people we use one cup of chicken broth (or water) to one-half cup of orzo and add anything from sun-dried tomatoes, capers or shallots, etc.
