It's literally the best brand, the crispiness and thickness is a perfect medium. If you want things even more crispy and thick you can just double coat it. Stay away from the cheap American garbage panko and go with this.

They actually are better than bread crumbs.
I happened to read about Pankos, and the methods of making them made sense and they really do coat whatever is being coated, much better than bread crumbs. They get as crunchy as you like, fried, or baked. I just learned about the Italian seasoned Pankos and will be ordering them soon. It is a great surprise when something is as good as advertised!!

pretty good
finer would be good but, still was very good as is. i used this to make a crust mix for baked mac & cheese and it turned out better than others of the past. i was introduced to panko crumbs of this type when using hellofresh, i think this one is close to that one which i really liked.

If you follow the simple directions that are on the bag,you will have some of the best looking and tasty fried food you have ever made. Of course your personal seasonings will have a lot to do with it.What I am saying is that the Panko bread crumbs coats wonderfully.The first dish I tried it on looked so good I actually took a picture of it and sent it to some friends.And believe me I am not a selfie person.

Great for thick, firm golden crust that stays on.
I buy Panko usually at my local store and was not happy with it. I saw this and thought I would give it a shot. The shaved bread is big and so it makes thicker firmer crust on the iteams that you coat. I will never use ordinary bead crumbs or a different brand of panko. I used this on my chicken and pork and my family went nuts over it.
