Almost as you would expect, for the price. Not robust, but fair optical quality. Very small pen size container. I bought two pairs. But look at the pictures! I suppose I should have sent the dodgy pair back. The properly finished ones were alright though.

I really like these reading glasses. They are small, discrete and lightweight and I can look over the top of them easily. However I have ordered many pairs as they fall apart easily. The lenses are attached to each other by small screws and nuts, the arms are attached in the same way and the nuts just work lose and fall off - the glasses end up in bits. I am constantly tightening the nuts but it's a losing battle. My friends think they are ' old people' glasses, whatever that means, but I don't care; they're simple and discrete and do the job. I would award them 5 stars if they didn't constantly fall apart ( not sure I should award them even 4 stars because of their fragility but I like them .. ).

Have you noticed that on nearly all product packaging these day the information that you might be interested in(Boring I know but I like to Know what's in the stuff I obtain) the writing is getting smaller. This is not because one eyes are getting poorer,(one assumes you get them checked) the printing is becoming small to obscure what the product contains and because there is more information to get onto the packaging. Now if you don't need prescription glasses and want something to carry around without being bulky and in a strong case that will magnify text - like print on a menu, bottle, WD40 can or on a mobile phone even; then this is an ideal product. Small, compact, neat, and unobtrusive to scatter a few around the house. But if you need to use them all the time - get you eyes attended to.

I use my optician bifocals for work but use these reading glasses for everything else. Easy to stick in a pocket.

These glasses are an excellent solution to my problem of reading small print. Because of the tight fit, they need to be carefully put into their smart protective case but then its easy to carry in pockets and bags.They cannot be said to be a fashionable item to wear though !Purely for practicality, I bought a second pair because I was so impressed.

Very thick lens would not recommend.No return policy says it all.

Up until about 3 weeks ago I was buying my reading glasses from the £ shop. At this time I lost a pair and decided to go on the weband see if I could find some quality ones-but NOT too expensive! My first 2 pairs were from ilovemyreadingglasses.com. My earlierprescription from the £ shop were 3.5 magnification which I found ok. These new ones are 4 mag and certainly make a difference. Iwas going to get another 2 pairs from the above .com, but found on their website that I could no longer order because of somelicensing problem! So to my surprise, I found that Amazon were selling at the same price- now I have 4 pairs and am very, verypleased with them, so I might, in the near future, buy another 2 pairs- JUST TO MAKE SURE!!

They look good for public presentation as not having rims and being slimline means they don't obscure your face.A slight downside is presumably because there are no rims - the arms do not grip the sides of your head so there is a tendency for them to gradually slip down your nose. But overall they were just what I needed.
