Garnishing for the Beginner Paperback – January 1, 1996

The book offers a lot of good, detailed instructions and wonderful pictures. This book should be helpful for any person wanting to learn how to dress up food and bring on the 'wow factor' of a meal.

I DISLIKE THAT THE TOOLS DON'T COME WITH THE BOOK! THE PHOTO IS VERY MISLEADING AND I HATE THAT!!!!

The tools are awesome, and there are many uses for them. As a culinary student, I have a lot of experience for garnishing. If you can find these tools with another book, I would recommend that you go for that option because this book only has 10 or so creations.

The tools are very good! I started using them right away, the instructions in the book are simple and easy to follow

The tools are of not very good quality but is good enough for a beginner. It is worth the value.

I wanted this not just for the tools but for the beginner book. Let's start with the book...it looks like something from my grandmother's time. Not helpful really either & likely nothing I will ever use. Poor quality. The tools follow. They are flimsy, cheap, & often make anything I do with them much harder than it should be. Plus...a plastic screw? Seriously? Pass & buy another set.

Wasn't thinking I was ordering a book I thought I was getting the tools

This is for a gift basket - it arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. It will be a great addition to the basket.
