Giant pens
They are the same as I have received before. Yes they work great for my big hands.

Make sure you light them with your lighter to make the ink start flowing
You have to burn the tip in order to get it to start working. I’m not sure that I really like these ink pens. They don’t really feel good in my hand. They’re big, but they just don’t fit good in my hand.

Comfortable to write with.
I was surprised that these pens were so nice to write with when my hands hurt. I could still write legibly.

Does NOT write well, if at all for very long. More of a gag gift.
Barely leaves a mark on the page and runs dry while you write, all three. Constantly have to re-prime by having a blank page to scribble on to get the ink flowing again. Glad I played around with them before trying to write into something important. You get about five words or so before the thing stops writing and you have to scribble in the margins HARD to get it to write again. You get what you pay for so there is that. It's more of a gag gift type of thing as it stands right now. Wouldn't consider it for anything important. IF it actually wrote properly, it would be just what I needed. Looking through my old pens to find an ink tube to replace the one in it with.

Ginormous.
Ginormous pen- clown like really. My elderly dad found it uncomfortable as opposed to ergonomic. Bummer.

A pen that fits the hand.
I'm having to write with my nondominate hand after breaking my dominate arm. The fat pen works much better for me. The grip is better with a soft, squeezable lower barrel. The upper portion is shaped to fit in my hand perfectly for support and control. Using an ordinary pen would allow my hand to move uncontrollably and cause scribbled handwriting. These fat pens do not. I expect they would work as well for arthritic hands. They come with a long ribbon attached which can be slipped over the head to keep the pen handy and not misplaced.

Arrive on time and undamaged
the pens arrived on time. They are perfect for my artheric fingers. My wife and I both are very happy with them.

They’re ok - still didn’t work for troubled hands. Could be the hands and not the pens.

The size is good, but they are not weighted. I wanted weighted pens, so i will have to order different pens.
