I have been using this bag for about a week and a half, and I really love it. I had a really hard time trying to find a backpack style pump bag that would fit my Spectra pump and had a laptop sleeve. This bag meets all my needs. I carry my work laptop and charger, pump, storage bottles, flanges, pump bra, storage bags, pump wipes, wallet, phone, keys, and badge in the bag with no issues. Now when I go to work I only have to carry this backpack and then a small cooler. I haven't tested the insulation properties of the properties since I keep my bottles in a refrigerator during the day, but it's a good feature if you don't have that luxury. I was nervous to purchase this bag since several of the reviews mentioned having zipper troubles, but it appears the company has addressed the issue as my bag's zippers work fine. They were a little stiff at first but that is to be expected. The straps have a bit of padding but nothing crazy, which is fine since even though I carry a lot in the bag it's not too heavy. Also, this bag just looks really nice and I've received compliments on it at work. It doesn't scream "pump bag" so it's more discrete when you are walking around. I took a leap of faith when I bought this bag because it isn't cheap and didn't have many reviews. However, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I also considered the Sarah Wells backpack pump bag, but it seemed like it would be too small for my needs. I'm glad I went with this bag instead.

I don’t even know where to begin. We’ve had a very long journey with breastfeeding and pumping. My son came 3 months early and with all that a preemie entails breast milk is EVERYTHING! I exclusively pump which means up to 4 hrs of my day is spent connected to a pump. I work full time in a very male dominated field and having something functional, stylish, and outright ideal that serves multiple purposes is what I needed when I returned to work. I couldn’t find anything that only met one need or looked tacky and obnoxious or only fit my pump and nothing else meaning I’d need 2-3 bags just to be away from my house for a day. Then I found this bag....What can I say other than I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Bag. I had been searching for months to have something that would double as a diaper bag and pump bag or when I was at work was a briefcase and pump bag. I don’t like crazy prints but something that is classy and can be dressed up or down depending on where I use it. This bag meets every need I knew I had and so many more that I didn’t (hello insulated lining all around, wide open mouth so it explands to the best size backpack ever without having to search blind, sturdy zippers and cushy straps). This bag at quick glance looks like a designer bag and meets all my needs. I will recommend this product to every mom I know. So grateful!

The bag is nice. It looks pretty and has compartments that make sense for someone carrying around and using a pump though out the day. That being said, the zippers are very hard to close and it does not seem to be as well-insulated as it promotes. I spent the extra money because it says: "keep your items cool up to 10 hours with ice pack and up to 4 hours without" and I don't feel like that is true at all. It would have been a lot better for me to just use a cheaper diaper bag/backpack and add in some coolers that I already had.

The media could not be loaded.  I really wanted to like this bag but I don't.My biggest complaint is that the zippers on this are bad. It takes some decent effort to try to zip any of these compartments when they are filled with basics like my pump, diapers, bottles wipes, and changing pads. I have pinched myself multiple times and they just don't function well.My next complaint is space. For as big as this bag is it doesn't have enough dedicated space for pump parts. My flanges don't fit any particular space of the bag well. I have a spectra pump so it is a bit bigger than other pumps. Because of this I will say this probably contributes to the space issue.I do love the style, the fact that it is insulated, and that I can use it for work.

I love this bag! Enough room even with the pump ... but I’m a little disappointed. I had the bag for 4 months and my main zipper already popped. I don’t stuff the bag so I am unsure if it’s just defective but I thought for the $ spent the zipper wouldn’t pop like this. I noticed my side zippers hard to close as well, yet those haven’t popped.

We bought this backpack hoping the zippers were good quality and fixed like the reviews said. However? Upon receipt, we put the Medela symphony in the front pocket. Although it fits, the zippers don’t zip or align correctly. It is also hard to zip up. This happens when you actually put equipment in it so check your bag with equipment. Since this is the most important compartment and we can’t afford having the zipper break or spend a lot of time trying to zip it up, we will be returning. Very disappointed. The insulation and pockets appear decent.

I love this bag! I purchased this to primarily be used for travel, because I needed something that would hold a laptop and my spectra and this bag has been perfect! You can also carry more in the bag even with both a pump and computer along. It is well made, and the insulated bottle compartments on the sides do keep bottles cool. I have not experienced any of the zipper issues, so I have no complaints. I have been asked multiple times where I found this bag/complimented on how cute it is from ladies of all ages, and they have been surprised to find it’s built to hold a pump so I like that it doesn’t scream I’m lactating! :D

I really liked this bag. But after a couple of months the zipper broke. I’m VERY disappointed because i depend on this bag. Otherwise, it’s very cute looks nice. However overall not that durable.
