Do not buy! Ordered in September. Delivery was delayed until end of November. Put package into garage over winter until weather improved. Opened in February and no instructions. No big deal, a quick phone call to BillyOh and they email me over a PDF copy the following day for me to print off. Weekend comes and I start to unwrap everything and compare to instructions and note lots of missing parts. Another phone call to BillyOh to go through the list and they will send out the missing parts within 1 week. Great, kids now upset that there's a new delay! Manage to get the carcus / walls up then realise there's more missing parts. I can't get the roof on as missing truss items. No internal bunk items included. No window items included for flower boxes or frames. Another phone call to BillyOh and gave up after 30mins on hold. Contacted them via Amazon messaging. Ended up complaining to Amazon. Timber is a mix of various stained wood so it's nothing like the images on the sellers profile. Walls, Door, Windows all different colours / stained material so you will 100% need to paint this. I have a playhouse with about 50%-60% of the items needed to complete it. Outside the 30 days refund date as it was delivered late November and stored it for Winter!

Cheap rubbish. Looks nothing like the photos, nothing lines up properly and parts were delivered damaged and incorrect. Some cheek to charge all that money
