Perfect fit for my Brother LX3817A. Works very well , good quality. The side guide is so wonderful , didn’t know I needed it. So pleased with purchase.

This foot is amazing. So easy to put on and use. Makes piercing accurate and does wonders for helping points match up. Make sure your pins don't extend to under the guide barrier, keep them placed well in front of the barrier and you'll do fine.

Overall, for the price, this is a great presser foot. I have an older BERNETTE 715 machine and the needle did not properly align with the needle hole in the presser foot. So, I had my husband drill out the hole to make it a little larger so the needle would not hit the side of the hole. Considering the brand name version is around $50 plus international shipping, I feel like this was a great purchase, even though we had to amend the design a little. Other than that little issue, it works very nicely.

The fabric rides along the edge to give you a perfect 1/4” seam. So much better than trying to see the small line I was using on my needle plate. The foot snaps on easily just like my other feet.

The pin that connects to the shank comes out. Also, the guide does not stay down. I have to put something on it to hold it down when sewing.

Love this foot. Easy to use and accurate. Side is perfect as material does not slip under. It is easy to sew a straight 1/4”
