I used this to fix a leak in my wifes car. Works great!

Painted my boat top sides with it. The leaks stopped. It was less expensive than if I would have bought it in the hardware or paint store

This product works great! The sunroof on my car was leaking all the time, so i had my mechanic unhook the wire so that it cannot open anymore, then I bought this clear flex seal liquid and applied it around the entire seal. I haven't had any more leaks, and you can't even tell that there is sealant because it's clear. I love this product.

Used on the chimney crown.
