Absolute Ruler
Lightweight, easy to use, and durable (at least, so far). Measurements are crisp and easy to read. My only complaint: Although the handle is handy to use, it can make the ruler awkward to pack in tight cases. Also, the ruler is made in China, if that matters to you.

Right size and very handy!
Am always needing a straight edge for small jobs and a measuring tape or ruler. Now I have both! Long enough to not get hidden in my tool kit, but small enough to handle easily and see plainly. Great product!

Well made and convenient
Solidly made, not flimsy at all. Bubble levels on the handle are nice for hanging items on the wall.

The handle is worth the price
Having the handle took so much strain off of my hands while using it to cut picture mats. With the built in two direction level, it came in handy to hang those pictures. Worth every penny!

Steel blades easily cut into the aluminum.
I purchased this item to use as a straightedge for cutting photos and foamboard. The product is lightweight, didn't try the level option since I really didn't need that and other reviews said it was inaccurate. I didn't realize that steel blades could cut the aluminum so easily. I would recommend buying a steel ruler instead.

Wildly inaccurate
I want to love this level, but it is wildly inaccurate. We spent several hours hanging and rehanging shelves only to find they were not level. We finally figured out the level bubble on the tool is inaccurate.

Easy to grab
This is a godsend. I work on foam projects and always struggled to lift the ruler with all my twiddle thumbs 😁It’s just so easy to move this ruler quickly and accurately. Thank you Shop Fox!! You made this foam artist very 😊

Level not leveled
I wanted to love this ruler. The design is fenomenalHaving a handle makes any job so much easier.Marking things on a wall is a breeze.The GIANT problem is that the horizontal level is just slightly off-level. Just a little bit.But when you have such a long ruler, even a couple degrees means a noticeable difference in height between the 2 ends.For a tool that is supposed to level things, accuracy is paramount.I don't know if I got unlucky with a dud or if their manufacturing is just not precise enough.But the fact is that it ended up failing on its main function.
