When all else fails. Look for loose parts
I followed the directions, I put in a ice maker water filter. I cleaned it. Three times.! I installed a distillate pump And it did not work. It got cold water but no ice, I took the front off and the power connection fell. (Should have more wire) I pushed the buttons! I went to bed and checked it in the morning. No ice. I took a flashlight and found that the first water fountain was off . I put it on went to bed and in the morning I had plenty of ice! I am sure I was the the first person to have this trouble. A note inside to check the machine would have been fine
