Zero quality control, poor internal layout. Otherwise, good.
The machine actually exceeds the advertised spec - the installed graphics card is a more recent model with a higher spec. However, I am unimpressed because:1: Three of four thumb screws that secure the side panels were unscrewed to the point of not actually reaching the chassis. Thus, one side panel slid off under as I unboxed the machine and the machine was dropped. If I hadn't been unboxing on a bed, the machine would be a write-off.2: No drivers were installed for the graphics card. I had to download and install them myself.3: The expansion slots at the rear of the case are unusable, because the cables connecting various items to the motherboard run through the space where any expansion card would go.4: Shutting the front gate on the case presses the eject button on the DVD drive.5: There is a constant annoying whine that tells me (probably) something is not properly seated. This will be a good machine once I have spent some time finding/reseating the noisy component and reseated the DVD, so it doesn't protrude so far. However, I have to mark it down for the slap-dash assembly/setup and the poor layout.

Just wow. Amazing how much it has changed my streaming!
Honestly, I absolutely love this machine. I purchased this as I wanted to stream my console gameplay using an Elgato HD60-S capture card. I am very well aware that if I had the know-how and time, I could probably have built a similar spec machine for less (or better machine for the same value), but PALICOMP offered a fantastic NEXT-DAY service which blew my mind and was the reason I chose this model. It has been great since it arrived. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't expect to run Call of Duty or similar games in 4k 60fps, but it runs Fortnite smoothly, and is perfect for me to run Streamlabs OBS.One thing which I did overlook was the machine DOES NOT have built in WiFi, though I believe if you contact PALICOMP direct this can be added.I simply went out and purchsed a £10 USB adapter from TP-Link (before ultimately hard wiring the machine into a powerline adapter).I love the design of the machine, and the lights on the front are very eye catching.Honestly, having this machine has just made me want to spend more and more on PC components and upgrade it 😬 it's an expensive "hobby"!!

A really nice system with good customer service
If you're looking for a pre-built system that'll run the majority of games and is good for media consumption, this is a really good option. I bought it instead of building my own system as I wanted something reliable and with good customer service, and that's exactly what I got. Delivery was a day early and it was well packaged and protected when it arrived. If you're not a hardcore gamer and want something that'll run the majority of games but is still upgradeable, reliable, and affordable this is what I'd recommend. The case I chose isn't as loud as I thought and it's nice to have the option to change the fan speed and the colours as well. The only thing I'll say is that with this system you will need to sort out your wifi connection yourself, either with an ethernet cable or an adapter. Also, if you're looking to see if this system will run certain games, check out some websites that'll allow you to enter the gpu, cpu etc. and search for the game you want. It obviously isn't the most powerful system out there but if you're starting out with PC gaming this is a nice option with a good company and it's a great buy for the price.

Never make this purchase
This is a terrible purchase. I spent £500 on this. I installed an operating system, it worked for 1 singular day. Then it automatically did a factory reset. Resetting the bios, the internal hard drive and removing all partitions and files from the hard drive, making it unusable. I am currently a computing student, working with a team of 2 other students and 4 professionals to try and get it to work. This has been our project over the last 3 months. So far we have got it to load up the bios but that is all it can do. It came with a singular screw but know where to screw it in, 2 random cables that you can't connect to anything, 4 of the hand screws missing, a disc with important files for the pc but the pc has no disc slot or disc draw or even a disc reader. It comes with no visible GPU. And some of the internal cables that didn't come In separate packaging and already plugged in don't actually connect to anything but eachother. So my advice is to not make this purchase because the people making the pc's are clearly not professionals and have no standards whatsoever. I would return it but it arrived exactly a month after being purchased which means that it couldn't be returned due to the 1 month return policy from when the item was purchased not when it was delivered. Granted the headset, mouse, keyboard and monitor were good but they came from factories not hand built.

Good quality for money. No built in wifi.
My 12 year old ordered this with his birthday and Christmas money. He was relatively happy with it. And with himself as it’s his first proper solo purchase. Was devastated to find it didn’t have built in wifi. He did not realise this was the case and in this modern world where people like us aren’t tech savvy it perhaps would be worth specifying very clearly in the description that it does not have built in wifi. We hold our hands up that we didn’t check but we really didn’t realise that wifi wasn’t a standard thing. Lesson learnt for us.
