This workout was designed by Margaret Richard for herself, to maintain muscle tone, while recovering from foot surgery. It is designed to be usefull to anyone, regardless of fitness level, who wishes to get or stay in shape while recovering from injury. Workout contains exercises for both upper and lower body, and is a "no impact" workout.

Tedious, boring, and easy
I thought this was going to be a workout video for people who happen to be injured (like I am), but it's more like a workout for people who need a slow, easy workout. The exercises for each body part are very repetitive, the music is elevator music, and the entire workout moves very slowly. There is so much wasted time that it is not really an hour long workout. The production values are very bad - washed out color, boring set, and a single instructor in a drab outfit. I do not recommend it unless you are looking for something less challenging

GREAT WORKOUT BUT NOT EASY
Just because this is done either in a chair or on a mat don't make the mistake of thinking it's a wimpy workout geared toward 85 year old nursing home residents. You will need dumbbells plus ankle weights that can go around your thigh just above your knee. First half is upper body, 30 minutes, second half is lower body 30 minutes. High recommend -- nice set, good instruction, good form with exercises.
