The fins also produce thrust on both the up and down stroke, improving a diver's finning efficiency whilst diving. The polymer was developed to ensure an efficient fin action, even in strong currents and the elastomar has a soft feel, with good fin spring and retains its unique shape, even in Arctic waters.
