Buyed online, but facing lot of issues. In a one year, 3 times cooling effect problems faced and charges have been paid for gas filling 3 times within span of one year

The AC Overall built quality seems pretty good. The outdoor unit is also sturdy. Have no complaints as of now. cooling seems adequate. this is a 1.5 Ton 5 star AC, made in India. Perhaps that explains the great price tag of just north of 30K rupees. The indoor unit has a matt finish, had a Blue sticker on top with feature details, promptly removed as that basically kills the looks of the AC. One thing they should do is, properly clarify their 7-stage air purification claim as I couldn't find detailed explanation in the internet, You tube etc. I mean there is basic explanation mentioned in the website, 7 stage German and different filter types , but that's about it. as this is quite a USP of this product, please make sure to focus on this further and market it properly. This doesn't come with an Wifi or smart function and honestly, I don't see the need for it, as how many times you will use an app to operate AC after first few weeks, is a point for debate. These fancy features just create additional failure and maintenance points if you ask me. Installation was decent. No problems there, they came with vacuum pumps and the whole deal. Different modes like swing, Turbo, Sleep, timer etc comes in the remote, yet to try them out fully. Once done will update review. overall, looks, function, price, quite satisfied.

The customer service from Cruise has been excellent . The installation process was smooth and the team was professional and helpful, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Also I would like to tell u that you can extend your Warranty for additional 1 year by registering your product on Cruise website so no worries for two years I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality air conditioning solution.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY The air conditioner stopped working within four months of buying and even if there was one year warranty included, they still made me pay for the repair because their installation agency refused to accept that they messed up the installation. I spoke to Cruise as well, but they refused to accept that they did the installation. Instead, the customer service representative went on like an AI bot saying you have to pay without actually listening.
