Works perfectly and has done its job twice already.
The product arrived on time and in great condition. After searching around I found this unit at a great price. After receiving the product and looking it over it looks pretty sturdy and not flimsy and easily breakable. The light on the front is a valuable feature to have and the install was quick and easy. The one thing I failed to realize was that this unit was square around the sockets and my old unit was 2 smaller circles. With that I just had to replace the cover. This was for outdoors replacing a burnt out non ground fault unit.

Decent quality, good quality for the price
I have installed 5 of these because for some reason my house didn't have any GFCIs and it was built in 1993 (how did they get it through the inspection, I do not know). They fit perfectly fine in a single gang box from 1993. I did both wrap around and back insert and they fit just fine. Easy to install, come with the plate and screws for the plate. Terrific price, almost half the price of the cheapest ones at Lowes and those don't come with the plate. The big con is, it is terribly difficult to get the wire to wrap around the screw head. Not impossible, but unnecessarily difficult. If the screw breaks off the terminal (if you unscrew it too far), it takes some serious effort to get it back in. Could potentially just throw it away and have to use a different one.If you're going to use the back holes and are looking for a good price to get your house up to code, this is a great price for a GFCI circuit. Just take your time with the terminal screws and it will work really well.

Perfect replacement for RV outlet
Easy to install. Relaxed the outlet in our camper that had gone bad. Works like a charm and at a great price.

It's a turd. Avoid at all costs.
The area around the screw is simply too small, making it very difficult to wrap the wire from the wall. Also, the screw is short and unscrewing it even a tiny bit to get more room for wrapping made it come out. Unfortunately, it was impossible to put back in because of loose parts internally.

Works and fit without any problems
I don’t see why so many people are having problems with this outlet. It fit perfectly in a all weather outdoor standard size outlet box. It works perfectly. Nothing more to say about it.

Three Stars
Terminal screws too short. Had to use crimp on U connectors

Five Stars
It works really well and was les expensive than what was available at local stores.

Bad design.
It was very difficulty to connect the wiring. The terminals screws were loose or floated whereas when you turned the outlet up so that you can hook the wire, the screws/connector screws fall down. You have to turn it upside down to connect the wire. The space to connect the wire is too small.
