Better than the Taiwanese version
There's a copy-cat version of this watch that is actually a lot worse. While the copy does come with a manual, it's poorly translated and doesn't do all the things it says it does such as changing the back light color. On this watch hold the top-left button for about 2 seconds and the back light will change between dark blue, green, red, light blue, sunset orange, dark purple, white, and a constant changing mix of all of them. If you wanted to cycle through the colors faster, just hold down the top-left button down longer and the color will change every 2 seconds. I prefer the white back color. When the colored back light is off, you can see what time it is under any lighting and it's perfectly visible. The Taiwanese version of this watch makes it very difficult to see the time with its light off. So I'm very pleased that HZZ made a competent watch. If you put the Taiwanese version and this watch next to each other they look very similar. The buttons on HZZ's version are larger. The Taiwanese version's watch is heavier. The strap on HZZ's watch is easier to adjust. One thing i can still complain about is the fact that the top-left button is used to set the time even though it already functions as the light button. Pressing the bottom-left button 3x allows you to set the time and date. Pressing the top-right button after that lets you highlight specific parts like the seconds, minute, hour, day, month, and day of the week. After highlighting the part, press the top-left button once to change it. That's just the digital half of the watch. The analog half can be changed by pressing or holding the bottom-right button. Be careful because pressing this button at any time will cause the minute hand to accelerate. You could accidentally set it to not sync up with digital time. The only way to set the analog is to press or hold the bottom-right button to make the minute hand move. It will move in a clockwise motion and every time it passes the 12, the hour hand will go up an hour. It will appear as though the hour hand is moving as the minute hand moves, but it doesn't go past the hour it is currently on until the minute hand passes the 12.Overall, a very good watch. I haven't had the glass fall out yet, but if it does I'll edit this comment with how long it took. I recommend getting this watch especially over the Taiwanese version and probably other versions i haven't purchased yet.If there was an easier way to set the analog time without having to wait forever, I'll change to 5 stars
