As an amateur at car problem diagnosis, I bought this Launch brand product on reputation. Sadly that was a mistake. The product comes with virtually no documentation, none is available online from Launch websites, Launch UK support tried to be helpful but this model is apparently a grey import and they don't know anything about it, and Launch customer support don't respond to emails. You're essentially on your own and have to guess how to use it. That includes the 'Lifetime Updates' and how to get them, but as far as I can tell Launch don't update this model anyway, so not much lost there.As far as functionality goes, it may be a good value product for all I know but given the above I've only been able to read/clear a few DTCs and not much else. If you're familiar with using this type of product you may be very happy with it.In summary then, maybe a good product but dismal to non-existent customer support. Amazon's support number is no use.
