Overall quality is about what I expected. It should easily give good service for 5 to 10 years. The assembly instructions were completely useless. Very poor quality pics and step by steps were non-existent. I just tossed them and went about assembly on my own. The seat cushion, back cushion, and armrests can only go together one way so it isn't too difficult to figure out. I managed assembly by myself in approx. 45 minutes ( including packaging removal which takes 10 minutes or so). Quality of chair seems acceptable with decent quality materials and good support from both seat cushion and back cushion. The spring action of the back support is just right for me.

One screw did not enter properly, and to avoid the hassle I just put in a couple of screws to that hand arm rest. Works fine now, for now.

The chair itself is fine. Assembly was a bit of a hassle, especially attaching the arm rests to the cushions.

I've had the chair a few months and i have problems with them. Its been clicking ,and the screws keep coming loose. I did send you photo graphs and i had no response. THANk YOU JAMES PRUSS

The assemble part was ok but when it got to the arm it was hard to out on and the seat part is small which make it uncomfortable
