I purchased this “School Zone Big Second Grade Workbook” for my granddaughter. This 320-page workbook that can support your child's learning journey! It covers subjects including reading comprehension, phonics, sentence building, basic math, telling time, weather, science and word problems. I wanted to share how much my granddaughter is loving the book! The bright, color-coded illustrations and fun visual clues have given her so much confidence to learn multiplication independently. It offers such a wonderful blend of fun and learning, allowing her to practice at her own comfortable pace. Seeing her joy as she turns every activity into a game has been truly priceless. I usually order this workbook in the spring to help keep my granddaughter ahead with her curriculum. It has been so wonderful seeing her build confidence and maintain her learning momentum before the school year starts! 8才(2年生)の娘に買いました。 英語は習わせたことがなく、自宅で英語のアニメなどを毎日1時間位見せて･･･という日が4年間以上続いています。 とても英語が好きなようなので、昨年は親子でフォニックスの初歩を学び、独学ながら、こども英語の初歩的な、学力は身についているかなぁ･･･と思い、この本を買ってみました。 1冊300ページという大ボリュームのワークシートで1000円以下とは本当にスゴイです。 しかもフルカラーで、答えも付いています。 一枚ずつミシン目が付いていて、切り取って使用できますので、どこからでもはじめられます。 今までインターネット上のfree worksheetをさせていましたので､答えがなくて困ることもありましたので､助かります。 色んなジャンルの学習内容があり､とても勉強になります。 算数は計算パズルをしたり、簡単なグラフを読み解いたり、時計を読んだり･･･ 理科的な要素は、天気、宇宙、植物･･･などを英語で学びます。 小2では理科がないので､とても面白いと思います。簡単な実験も書いてあり、子どもと一緒に楽しく学んでいます。 例）ペットボトルに水と油を入れて、青い色素で水だけに着色して、海を作り､ ゆっくり揺すると波打つ様子を表現できる・・・など かわいいイラストが付いていて、とてもモチベーションがあがいますが、 単語としては難しい物もあります。英語の得意なお義母さんは大丈夫だと思いますが、理系で英語全然駄目な私には厳しいです。 あちこち辞書を引きながら娘のために一生懸命母も勉強しています。 理科的な内容は小学校では習わないような内容も含まれているので英語遊びを通していろんな知識が深まればいいなぁと思います。
