Narnian Woods Scented Tin Candle

Expensive for size but the best smelling candle ever! Love them

The scent for House Intelligence is BEAUTIFUL. The black tea is slightly sweet and goes so well with the leather smell. Oftentimes leather scents can be overly masculine but this is really neutral. The wax smells even better than I hoped it would - always a little unsure purchasing scents online. The 8 oz. is fairly subtle when it burns, it will fill a small to medium room with scent, but if the space is very open or large, it is difficult to smell. Otherwise it would have been a 5-star review!Okay after burning this the second time, I had to update to 5 stars. The scent is carrying really well, and it's honestly just such a fantastic scent. I would pay good money for this scent in perfume form, for sure.

The scent of this candle is very enjoyable. The "tea" part reminds me of berries, so definitely sweet, but like other reviewers have said, the leather and paper come through noticeably, without being overpowering. I ordered the small size so I could try it out, but when it is gone I plan to order the larger one, I like it so much. It burns clean, and there are two wicks so the pool of wax spreads faster. The first time I lit it, I tried to allow for several hours for it to burn, so that you get less of a "tunneling" effect when you go to light it again. Thank you Highland Bluff Studio for such a lovely product! : )

I can tell this is a high quality candle, and the packaging is satisfyingly well done. The scent, however, does not match the candle's name. It has more in common with patchouli, sandalwood, or cedar than with paper, ink, or books. It's not bad, just not what I wanted. The return was painless and the refund smooth.

I cant describe the smell. It's an awesome hippie smell. You just leave the lid off, not even lighting it, and it fills the whole room. I am planning on buying one of each of these magical candles as soon as that tax refund hits my account! I just ordered another candle in the big size in the ambition (slytherin) scent. I have never written a review before in my life. That's how great this candle is. Come on, tax money! I need all of these in my life.

It's a cute, thoughtful, off-the-beaten-path gift... but the scent doesn't really remind me of books, a library, or even paper. IMPORTANT NOTE: The scent is NOT bad. HOWEVER, if I were to give this to someone without any of the packaging, they would think "Oh, a lovely candle" and not "Oh, a lovely book-scented candle." If the scent is most important to you, perhaps find a different candle that makes the same promise.

Arrived SUPER fast and was more than what I expected! This candle came tucked inside sleek black packaging and the candle itself is inside a nice silver tin. Smells wonderful (definitely how I’d hope the ‘real’ Jamie Fraser would smell haha) and I’m excited to give the two I bought away as gifts! Might have to buy my own candle to keep for myself! :)Very happy with this product and definitely encourage any Outlander fans to get their own Jamie candle :P

Smells amazing, even before you burn it , you can smell it from a distance! I'll be purchasing it again!
