I ordered this textbook as new with a digital pack included. However, the activation code had already been used and did not work. This is very disappointing because there were two options offered — a cheaper used version and a more expensive new version with a valid code. I paid for the new edition, but what I received was essentially the used one. Other students should be careful when ordering this item.
