I loved the price. It was much cheaper than going directly through the Shark company. Secondly they fit my shark perfectly. That was most important. Its like buying after marker products and hoping it fits correctly. Well this did. Also Susan from ProParz, reached out to make sure that I like my product and to make sure there were no issues. That is great Customer Service for me. And I will order my next ones from these great folks.

These are the same pads that came with my steam mop when I bought it . I wash them in the washer and hang to dry . Good quality !

I liked everything but the fact that it doesn't easily install the pad onto the mop. With the original pad you simply place the pad on the floor and slip the mop on top. With this purchase I had to manually put it on and it was very snug. Otherwise, it's a good product!

These mop pads are wonderful! They fit my steam mop perfectly and do a great job on cleaning the floors. I must say amazing customer service! I received my mop pads the very next day. Will definitely reorder again.

Do not fit the Shark. No way. "Insert" into what? -0- instructions of any kind—except for the word "INSERT" printed on matching tabs. The seller's implication that this item is "as good as" the brank name mop heads comes with his virtual duplication of the Shark's gray wave (zig-zag) design.Someone owes me $30.There is nothing on this head or on the body of the mop to "insert" anything into, and like another lady reports, you would just be breaking the plastic on your pricey "mop" if you tried very hard to do that. Just opened them after having them for 10 months, and they are microfiber garbage. Nothing else.
