This mirror is great, the side mirrors with the magnification are also very useful. The mirror however is heavier than expected, I had a similar one before with LED lights which was quite lightweight and this one weighs a bit more. You can put AA batteries in it to make the LED's work or you can plug it into a socket with the usb lead. Be mindful however, that there is no plug included with this product and that there is also no internal battery, so the usb is more like a power lead than a charger for this item.BEWARE that after having used the mirror for a few weeks now, I have noticed that when closed, the smaller mirrors fall out as they are only attached by a sticky pad. This may be dangerous for anyone that uses it as the mirrors may smash or could slice fingertips.

Does look and feel cheap but it’s just what I need for travelling and weekends away etc light and small enough to Chuck in any bag or suitcase.

This appeared to be much bigger online (and by way of measurements). Turning on the lights - which are quite good! But - they're so bright you can barely see your face or hair! Bit of a problem given what it's originally intended for! The overall build is very plastic'y and not very good. It looks nice! Just isn't of very good quality and is much smaller than expected - the fact that it's blinding - the light strips are too close together - mind you I am not 'big headed' lol - ?? just? my husband even tried looking into it - I asked is it just me?? he sat in front of the mirror, said this is tiny! Then I pressed the button for the lights (which is very nice, very easy to use!) lights came on and nearly hurled the mirror across the room - he said he could barely see his eyes after the shock wore off lol (it does take 4 AA batteries - not included), also came with a USB cable - which if you charge your phone by your bedside - or near-to, your phone can be unplugged at the base of the charger - and plug in the mirror. However, it will work without the cable.Overall - I have to keep it, my other mirror went missing - I went ahead and spent the money on this and regret it very much. I wasn't exactly looking for a mirror with lights, but thought what the hey! Will give it a go! Lots of good reviews! (I don't understand - really, I just don't). I have given it a fair go - like I said - I can't really go and get another at this point - will have to wait and keep my eyes peeled - try to find something bigger. (This is relatively about the same size as a piece of A5 paper. bit smaller imo!) Not what I'd hoped. Really sorry - can't recommend this. If I had another, I'd give it to someone so it wouldn't go to waste.

I bought this make up mirror as a gif5 for my niece and she absolutely loves it! It arrived quickly, packed on a simple box. The frame and foot ar3 made of plastic (which actuallu looks like metal) in a nice pink colour. It has a regular centaral mirror, 1x magnifying mirror on the right hand side and two smal magnifying mirrors on left: one is 2x, the second is 3x. It also has a small round mirror which magnifies 10x and can be placed in any position thanks to the succsion.The whole mirror can be used as it is or with the build in light, but it has to be connected with a charging source as it doesnt have a build in battery.It came in with eyelash curler which was a nice touch.My niece is happy with this purchase and I’m happy too.

This light-up mirror is really great! !! !! I especially like Haha, I can turn on the light in the dark. This makes makeup clearer and more convenient. And the back bracket can be adjusted according to the angle. You can also charge it. Give away a USB cable inside to charge!

The mirror is sometimes a bit troublesome when it comes to the lights but the headband and the charger are definitely helpful. You don't actually charge it however which makes it quite annoying as it only works when it is connected. I would recommend.
