I unscrewed my recessed light fixture bulb and put this socket extender in so I could hang and light up my German paper star for the holidays. I love how it turned out. I will do this every year. I need to try to find a use for these the rest of the year, since they are a cool gadget. I feel like they would keep a bent shape well as long as you don’t use a heavy bulb. Seems sturdy enough.

I don’t want to change to fixture but I need the light to point toward instead of to the right. This did the job

I used these to lower the Beyond Bright LED Lights in the garage. Needless to say, they performed well and very easy to install. The LED lights are somewhat heavy at 1.5lbs and the extender handled the weight without issue.

Highly recommend for use with 5 blade led garage light to adapt into garage door opener socket for power.

Our garage door opener actually sits on a storage shelf in the garage, so the light is blocked. I used these to extend the bulbs below the shelf, and they work perfectly. I can move the bulbs to any position, and it holds just fine.

Works great if you want to maneuver the light to shine in different areas

Worked well for the replacement of an outdoor light. The socket is slightly too far spread for the pins of the bulb, but will work and the lead lines are plenty long for replacement work.
