I have bought so-called premium pillows in the past, but this is actually the first genuine premium pillow I have ever owned. I can't enumerate how many pillows I have tried out in the past several years, only to be disappointed as they evolved into very flat pancakes in a matter of weeks. I have been using this pillow for a month and continue to be delighted with the comfort, temperature regulation and durability of the pillow. It has retained its shape beautifully and continues to offer excellent support and a very pleasant sleeping experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a soft, but supportive pillow that does not pack down into nothing as do many of the expensive pillows sold by online retailers as well as by brick and mortar stores. I will certainly be buying these from now on as long as they are still made!

Great quality. I love the down version but this wasn’t supportive, thick, fluffy… I found it to be too uncomfortable. Compresses and becomes too flat

Feels amazing at first great neck support for side and black sleepers. This cheap foam filing barely lasts five to six months. I’ve been through 3 pillows so far. The prices are only increasing since I first got this pillow in January 2020. Not worth the price or hassle of replacing b

I slept on this Aqua Plush pillow at a hotel for three nights and had to order it because it felt like I finally found a pillow that works for my needs. My bed pillows at home have most recently been some combination of down & down/feather blend, but I’ve found them irritating & unpredictable because they seem to need constant fluffing, punching, & reshaping throughout the night. And even with all that readjustment I could never get them “just right”, so I tolerated them but did not look forward to getting in bed. Now, I sleep on this ONE pillow and it’s soft, fluffy, & perfectly supportive, while also feeling somehow different from & more luxurious than other “down alternative” pillows I’ve used in the past. I love it.

Far too soft ... I thought that this was a firm pillow but it is not.

Awesome pillows. I discovered them when we stayed at the lovely Lumeria Resort on Maui. They are perfect. I'm a side sleeper and have found so many down pillows that flatten very quickly. These are a down alternative but feel just like down. I love down etc!

These pillows are amazing we purchased them after staying at a hotel. They are a little fuller because the are brand new vs at the hotel they were just the perfect comfort level..

I work at hotels where Down Etc pillows are used and I am very much aware of the quality of their Aquaplush— seems like the retail version is different? Its not as soft, more on the firmer side and I always woke up with a lot of neck pain for the first 5 days..

Excellent pillow that is not made from feathers. Density is perfect for sinking into.
