Outstanding. A fraction of the cost of most smart plugs and works great. Very easy to set up and link to Alexa. I will be ordering more.

All good. Seem ace so far and very impressed with the look and operation of them. Simple and straight forward to set up. Manual switch easy to see if you wish to use it and lights up too. I've always been a little wary with these 'other' manufacturers as either the app or the plug doesn't seem to work or connect or there's some issue but these are ace. And not expensive. 6ou will be pleased with them I am sure!

Purchased a 3 pack of these as they were a good price. I guess you get what you pay for! These were easy to set up and link to Alexa. Problem is they worked fine for about 30 minutes but then when turning them off (either directly by pressing the button on each plug or via Alexa) despite the colour of the switch changing to indicate they were off, and the Alexa app showing them as being off, they failed to stop the power to the plug. Tried resetting both plugs but it made no difference. Sadly I’ve had to return these as despite being easy to set up, two of the plugs have failed to cut the power when showing as being off.

I had to hold the button in for 10 seconds to put it into AP mode (slower flashing) and then choose AP mode in the app to get connected. App could not find the devices using the default EZ mode. Almost sent then back. But now they are connected they work great.

Not an easy install. The instructions included did not really help. There are 2 ways to install. I had to use the AP Setup. This after the EZ (advised) set up just refused to follow the ABC instructions. The AP method requires a different approach to button pushing and is a stage approach. Not mentioned anywhere I could find. Rapid blue light blink then slow blink. Finally when the system is recognised on the phone, it has to go through a software update before it can be used. Repeating this process 3 times was tedious but got easier. I am an ordinary person with no special skills, but no fool. Great product once installed. If in doubt YouTube experts are there to help.

This is an affordable smart plug that works with my Amazon Alexa. Packaging came with a quick start guide and 2 smart plugs. I've managed to connect/set up this both smart plugs with my iPhone. Just need to download the "SmartLife" app and follow the instructions then it allowed me to link with the Alexa. This smart plug can be programmed to a time schedule which is very handy to have. It has a good response time in both in-app control as well as Alexa control. I'm using one plug with my Christmas tree as I can simply ask Alexa to turn it ON / Off easily. Happy with it so far.

Very difficult to understand how to set up if you are not into technology. 2 friends had a go and felt the same . After 3 weeks of waiting for my daughter in law too arrive from Germany she was able to sort it out . Once set up very easy to use .

Having heard about smart plugs for a while, I decided to invest in one. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I removed it from the packing and started to set it up. I am not a wizard with technology. I just couldn't figure out how to do it. Eventually I discovered the HBN-LINK app and downloaded it. It was quite easy after that. Next problem was to connect it with Alexa. Again I had a few problems. I found that when I disconnected my iPad from Alexa, somehow the smart plug connected. I then reconnected the iPad , set a timer on the app and now have a light coming on and off at set times. I Like it so much that I will be ordering some more for my other rooms.
