Okay for price
This is hard plastic not rubber at all on the back. There is not a shock resistant foam so I am a bit concerned about if I would drop it. The black portion is rubber. I have had one person tell me that they can't hear me very well.

Work really good
Went to the redneck yacht club. Had mine tied to a dry bag on my kayak. Phone worked great when taking pics. Never got wet.
