I have a good electric ratchet w/ 3/8" drive, so this adapter was JUST what I needed to use 1/4" hex bits. This adapter mounts easily and has a good grip on the bit. Long term durability will be seen over time, but for now this is an absolute winner.It is amazing to find so many useful, fairly inexpensive little tools that make life MUCH EASIER!

Works fine and does not fall off. Bits stay secured in it just fine. Dont know what a couple other people are saying about it not holding bits but holds them just fine for me
