Excellent product and customer service
The insect trap does the job perfectly. Mine stopped working after several months so I contacted customer service. They were amazing and sent me a replacement right away. Customer service was friendly and efficient! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy their products again

It Actually Works!!!!
It works wonderfully and I used it as a night light all night. Simple, effective, odorless, and easy to use—just insert the adhesive pad and plug it in. It Actually Works!

Surprisingly good, better than expected.
At the beginning I thought it was like a Zapper, I was in shock that the product it's basically a UV light with a glued pad. It works and I used as a night light all night. Simple and effective without any hazzards.hazards. The picture I'm showing is aproximately 1 month of use in mid Florida weather.

Worked while not dead
Worked well but died after just over a year of use

It works!
I had doubts about this product but I bought it out of desperation due to summer mosquito problems in the house; the mosquitoes always find me, I seem to be an attractant to them. I was amazed at how well this reduced the problem so much so that I will buy a second one.

It Actually Works!
Pleasantly surprised that this thing actually traps insects, it does what it says. Worked well enough that I bought one for my parents too. Simple and effective!

Bulb burns out and so far I cannot find a replacement...
It worked great, until it didn't... the light didn't even last one year, and I am not easily finding a replacement bulb.

A+ for getting rid of gnats
This works very well. Im giving 4stars only cuz of the mess it leaves near it. It appears to kill bugs without them going in or sticking to the paper- which u have a couple extra to use to replace. Has taken care of the gnat problem!

Poor customer support
Plugged in, went bang. Supplier tells me was my fault for ordering from a country with different electrical system despite being ordered via Singapore website. First and last time from this company.

Good, but only worked for 3 months.
Works, but three months in globe stopped working so now is useless.

BEWARE
This bug trap mostly attracts bugs to where the light shines, and is ineffective at drawing moths to the sticky paper. My advice is to buy a much more effective bug zapper for less money. Plus, this item has a very difficult return experience. You get a return shipping label where you pay for shipping to Las Vegas, which is refunded when asked; however, I was told their 'system' would only allow a partial refund for my purchase. This was not the no-hassle Amazon experience I grew accustomed to.

El producto luce muy bien, la calidad es muy buena. Funciona atrapando moscas, pequeños insectos o polillas. NO ATRAPA MOSQUITOS, NI UNO SOLO.
