A hint of spice, mixes well
Comes well sealed, it's a fine powder, mixes well. Scent is a little spicy (like vague feelings of cinnamon or nutmeg) but flavor is mild. Color was significantly darker than pictured. 5/5 would recommend.

My introduction to safed musli
Had not heard of safed musli before. WebMD states it's a "rare herb from India." Used in different forms of medicine, including Ayurveda for "athletic performance, obesity, erectile dysfunction (ED), and other conditions" WebMd stated. This measures well. Mixes well. Taste not an issue for me. Like to be able to try different supplements.
