They are expensive
I find them a little expensive by far from the others in the market, but that is the Ninja line.

Works as it should
works as designed. value is good. carbonation taste is a bit strong for our liking. we tend to only carbonate half the drink and add still water for the balance to decrease the carbonation taste.

Poor service and delivery
Product works as expects if and whenever it shows up. But the shipment and delivery is not great. Have had delayed and lost shipments a couple times now. Where as have used a generic competitor that's less and never had problems. So will likely just stop trying with Ninja. Figured it was worth one last shot since it was on sale but have been waiting 11days just for it to ship. Still nothing and can't request a refund yet. UPDATE: tried again and ordered the 2 pack of canisters. The delivery did show up. But it was only a single pack not a double pack. Overall highly disappointing service and offering from Ninja here.
