These replacement domes fit my Phonak hearing aids perfectly. They're comfortable to wear, easy to replace, and feel just like the original ones that came with my hearing aids. If you're like me and can't use the custom ear buds with your hearing aids, these are my favorite alternatives. The air holes helps keep things dry, they work well and don't increase my "feedback" incidents. Even though I'm supposed to replace them weekly, they last longer than that. Soft, easy to use, good fit -- so comfy I can forget they're in when I'm using the right size. The price is my only down-vote, but the world is more expensive in all ways, I guess.

I had issues with my hearing aids slipping out with medium domes. The large closed domes worked to hold them in, but natural sound was very muted, especially my own voice, and sounded unnatural. These open domes did the trick. My aids are securely in place and the open design lets me hear more naturally as opposed to only through the hearing aid.
